At Tweed Trotters, we take great pride in producing exceptional pork from our rare breed Oxford Sandy and Black pigs, a heritage breed renowned for its rich flavour and succulent texture. Our pigs are born, bred and raised here on our farm, where they roam freely in their natural woodland environment, expressing their natural behaviours and growing at their own pace.

This slow, considered approach, combined with high-welfare practices and a diverse diet, ensures that every cut we produce is full of character and depth. Whether it’s tender joints, flavoursome sausages, traditional dry-cured bacon or mouth-watering crackling, our pork reflects the provenance, care, and integrity of the land and animals behind it.
Tweed Trotters pork is not just food, it’s the story of ethical farming, rare breed conservation and quality you can truly taste. Home-grown, outdoor-bred and thoughtfully reared, from our farm to your fork.
