Taken from the loin of the pig and with just the right amount of fat to make it deliciously juicy and perfect for any occasion. With rich succulent juicy flavours that reflects the diverse diet of our forest reared pigs which are free to roam throughout their woodland home and mature at their own pace for best results.
 
This product is delivered to you chilled having been freshly prepared just prior to shipping in our on-farm butchery. Your pork will be supplied vacuum packed and labelled with use-by dates and is shipped using Woolcool® insulated packaging and ice packs to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition.
 
We will contact you when your order is ready for collection or delivery, this will normally be within 2 weeks of your order being placed.
