Discover a bold twist on traditional bacon with Tweed Trotters’ Dry Cured Peppered Cheek Bacon. Crafted from carefully selected pork cheek/jowl, this exceptional cut delivers a rich, melt-in-the-mouth texture and deep savoury flavour that sets it apart from other cuts of bacon.
Expertly dry cured in our own butchery using traditional methods that enhance the natural character of the pork. The result is a firmer texture and a more concentrated flavour. A light coating of black pepper adds a warming spice that perfectly complements the sweet, nutty richness of the cheek.
When cooked, the bacon crisps beautifully while retaining a succulent centre, releasing an irresistible aroma and a peppery kick.
This product is delivered to you chilled having been freshly prepared just prior to shipping in our on-farm butchery. Your pork will be supplied vacuum packed and labelled with use-by dates and is shipped using Woolcool® insulated packaging and ice packs to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition.
We will contact you when your order is ready for collection or delivery, this will normally be within 2 weeks of your order being placed.
